We do our best to ensure that the images on the website accurately reflect the products listed. However we have no control over how the colours will be reflected on different computer screens.
The quantity values of products displayed are kept up to date but sometimes we might miss something that is sold out. We will inform you of the shortages and recommend any alternatives.
Refund / Returns Policy
In the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. This 7 day “cooling off” period begins on the day when you receive your purchase. If you decide to return the goods, then they should be sent back as soon as possible in their original packaging. The costs of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
On receiving the returned goods, Seams Sew Simple will refund your costs as soon as possible. If you paid through PayPal/Stripe then you will be refunded directly through PayPal/Stripe.
If your goods are faulty please inform us immediately via email to [email protected] We will endeavour to replace or refund you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund goods that have been cut.
Additionally, the items from our clearance section are there for a reason, they might be a little bit shop soiled, or maybe we are discontinuing a brand or range of products, so items from this section cannot be returned either.
Shipping of Goods
Once the goods have been paid for they will be posted within one working day of the payment being received. The goods will be sent by Standard Post with An Post. The postage & packing charges will vary depending on where you live and the weight of your purchases. These charges will be included at checkout and should be paid when you place your order. A flat rate shipping charge will be applied at check out, you will be notified of any further of charges for larger items. A refund will be given on any over charged postage.
